Italian Flavored Dipping Oil

 Ingredients

​¼ Cup extra virgin olive oil
1 TBLS Hope Springs FUSIONE ITALIANO Gourmet Spice Blend or SCEMPIO ITALIANO Gourmet Dip Mix.
French bread, sour dough bread or baguette.


Directions

Pour olive oil in saucer, add spice blend or dip mix.

Serve with bread as appetizer.


Hope Springs Easy Flavored Herb Butter
Why buy expensive flavored herb butter when it is so easy to make at home!

There are all types of used for herbed butter such as spread on rolls use as

spread and broil / toast bread until golden brown, use on mashed potatoes or

topping on grilled steak!


 Ingredients:
1 Stick Salted or Unsalted Butter - softened

1 TBLS, or to taste, of your favorite Hope Springs Gourmet Spice Blend


Directions:
​1. Blend spice blend into butter.

2. Shape butter into desired shape and wrap with plastic wrap.

4. Refrigerate for an hour.

Hope Springs Easy Texas Cornbread

 Ingredients:

​1 Pkg. of your favorite Cornbread Mix

2 TBLS Hope Springs Texas Branded Onion Spice Blend

1 Egg

1/3 Cup Milk


Directions:

​1. In medium bowl, combine Texas Branded Onion Spice Blend with cornbread mix.

2. Add egg and milk. Blend well without stirring too much. Let rest in bowl for 3 to 4 minutes.

3. Pour in lightly greased 8" cast iron skillet.
4. Bake in 400 degree oven for 15 to 18 minutes.

Hope Springs Easy Cheesy Garlic Biscuits

 Ingredients:

​2 Cups Bisquick Baking Mix

2/3 Cup Cheddar Cheese - shredded

2/3 Cup Milk

1 TBLS Hope Springs Sedona Garlic Onion Spice Blend - divided

2 TBLS Butter


Directions:

​1. Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees

2. In medium bowl, mix Bisquick, cheese, milk and 1/2 TBLS  Hope Springs Sedona Garlic Spice Blend.

3. Drop by spoonful onto greased cookie sheet. (makes 8 to 9 biscuits)

4. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.

5. While biscuits are baking, melt butter with remaining Sedona Garlic blend in microwave.  
6. When biscuits are done, brush tops with seasoned butter and serve.

Hope Springs Easy Pull-Apart Bread

 Ingredients:

​1 Pkg. of Grands Home-style Biscuits

6 TBLS Butter - Softened

2 TBLS Hope Springs Sedona Garlic or Texas Branded Onion Spice Blend


Directions:

​1. In small bowl, combine butter and  Hope Springs Gourmet Spice Blend.

2. Separate biscuits and spread approx. 1 TBLS seasoned butter on inside slice of biscuit.

3. Put biscuits back together and place in loaf pan/dish sprayed with butter oil.

    Brush top with seasoned butter.
4. Loosely cover top with aluminum foil tent and bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.

5. Remove foil, decrease heat to 325 degrees and continue to bake for

    approximately 20 minutes until golden brown.

6. Brush top with butter and serve warm.

Note: May take longer for center to get done. May need to slightly separate biscuits when close to

done to make sure not doughy. Replace foil tent if top starts getting to brown.

Hope Springs Upside Down Confetti Onion Cornbread

 Ingredients:

1 Medium Yellow Onion - peeled and sliced thin, keeping rings in tact.

4 TBLS Butter

​2 Pkgs. Cornbread Mix

2 Eggs

2/3 Cup Milk

I Cup Each:

     Black Beans - drained & rinsed

     Frozen Corn - thawed

     Sautéed Yellow & Orange Bell Peppers & Onion

     Bacon - cooked, drained & chopped (Optional)

     Shredded Cheese - such as Cheddar or Colby Jack

1 Med. Roma Tomato - Diced

2 TBLS Hope Springs Texas Branded Onion Spice Blend



Directions:

​1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees

2. In large 12" cast iron or oven proof skillet, melt butter on stove top on medium low heat.

3. Place onions slices in melted butter and cook slow until onions start to turn brown. Do not turn or disturb onion slices.

4. In medium bowl, combine cornbread mix, eggs & milk.

5. Add Black Beans, Corn, Bell Peppers, Tomato, Texas Branded Onion Spice Blend, Cheese.

6. Gently fold in batter.

7. Gently pour / smooth over sautéed sliced onions while not disturbing onions.   
8. Bake in oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown and tooth pick comes out clean from center.

9. Let cool 10 minutes. Gently run knife around edge and turn over onto serving plate.

Hope Springs Flavorful Braided Bread

 Ingredients:

3 1/4 Cups Flour

​1 TBLS Yeast

3 TLBS Sugar

1/2 tsp. Salt

1/3 Cup Oil

1 Cup warm Water

1 Pkg. Hope Springs Gourmet Dip Mix

Melted butter


Directions:

​1. In one gallon zip lock storage bag; combine 3 cups flour, yeast, sugar, salt 2 TLBS Hope Springs Dip Mix.

     Seal bag and use hands to mix ingredients well in bag. 

2. Place sealed bag in bowl with warm water (not too hot) and let rise 30 minutes.

3. Remove bag from water and add 1/4 cup flour. Mix well into mixture.
3. Set bag on surface and let rise in warm area 1 hour. (Note: I turn oven on warm setting until warm and turn off and place bag on cookie sheet)

4. Remove dough from bag and place on work surface. Divide in 3 parts and roll out into long strips.

    Coat each piece with remaining dip mix.

5. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Place dough on sheet and braid together. Brush lightly with melted butter.

6. Bake in 300 degree oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and brush with melted butter.

Serve warm

Hope Springs Easy Cheesy Yummy Dinner Rolls

 Ingredients:

​1 Can Grands Southern Buttermilk Biscuits

2 TBLS Hope Springs Gourmet Dip Mix

             Pictured: Scempio Italiano, Spinach Parma, Tejas Toasted Onion

1/2 Stick Melted Butter plus some for brushing tops of baked rolls

1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese


Directions:

​1. Cut each biscuit in fourths and place in large bowl.

2.  Add melted butter and your favorite flavor of Hope Springs Dip Mix. Gently combine. 

3. Add shredded cheese and gently combine. 

4. Spray muffin tins with butter spray or use non stick muffin pan. 

5. Arrange 3 seasoned biscuit pieces in each muffin.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 11 to 13 minutes, or until golden brown.

Brush top of rolls with melted butter.

Serve Warm and Enjoy!

Note: Rolls freeze well. Just heat before serving.

Hope Springs Simply Flavorful Cornbread Muffins

 Ingredients:

​1 Pkg. of your favorite Cornbread Mix

2 TBLS Hope Springs Gourmet Dip Mix

             Pictured: Hatch Green Chile Cheese & Mexi-Fiesta

1 Egg

1/3 Cup Milk


Directions:

​1. In medium bowl, combine Hope Springs Dip Mix with cornbread mix.

2. Add egg and milk. Blend well without stirring too much.

3. Pour in lightly greased 8" cake pan or muffin tins.
3. Bake in 400 degree oven for 15 to 18 minutes.

Note: Let batter sit for 3 to 4 minutes before pouring in muffin tins.

          I've found cast iron skillet works best for cornbread.
